The festival will be held Jan 28 2023 at the NACC. There will be activities in the lobby of the NACC such a face painting, hot dogs and bouncy castles from 2:00pm till 4:30pm.
There is an opportunity to see two shows:
- One by the NACC (Axis Theatre);The Troll Grandfather at 1pm
- One by the AFCY; Kid Kouna at 5pm
Kid Kouna is the kids-oriented music project of award-winning Quebec singer-songwriter Keith Kouna. The energetic show is catered to the 4-8 age group, although the catchy new-wave infused melodies are designed to please older kids and parents alike. With his signature brittle falsetto, Kouna and his friends Prof Desroches and Martien present a gallery of hilarious characters such as shy kid Bruno, bad lucky hedgehog Mario or Pat Fat Roméo the hungry racoon. The songs are easy to understand and are visually supported by puppets and costume. Kids will want to bust a move and sing along during this silly concerts.
